I’ve been in professional roles for nearly 20 years and continue to see one common theme: eager new talent are ready to do whatever it takes to be successful, but are unsure of how to navigate work.
I founded my first company at the age of 16, rushed to graduate college because I loved growing brands, and soon went on to manage Communications and PR programs for CamelBak, Chiquita and e3 gaming, where I launched my agency’s first influencer and digital programs.
I later built Mirum's (part of WPP) first social media business (remember when those didn't exist?), for brands across B2B and B2C in entertainment, gaming, finance, healthcare, sports, technology and CPG, working with clients from Disney and Royal Caribbean, to Oakley and LPL Financial.
I went on to lead marketing for consulting leader PwC’s digital services business, where I had the opportunity to commercialize services and products to drive brand awareness and pipeline, introducing new ways of working to a 170+ year old organization.
Fast forward 5 years, I went on to build marketing for Power Digital, a tech-enabled growth firm igniting revenue and brand recognition for brands around the globe.
Today I’m a consultant and frequently speak on upskilling, digital transformation, and driving behavior change at work through bold thinking for organizations looking to maximize value from their talent. My book (below), captures the essence of how this looks and feels for both new talent and those looking to expand their skillsets and executive presence years into their careers.
I speak Russian & Spanish and love playing chess with my three smart-aleck little humans. My husband and I have already taught them about executive teams and business plans, because it's never too early.
I hold a BA in communications from UCSD and UCI, but believe the magic happens when you're in action, working with people who want to dream big, think differently, and make a difference.

“As good as it gets. I expect Stephanie's name to light up as a captain of industry. She has an infectious enthusiasm, is incredibly conscientious, and a pleasure to work with. What it all comes down to is this: if I ran my own company, I would move heaven and earth to hire Stephanie.”
